The U.S. Mint has announced the release of the Arkansas quarter, which features Hot Springs National Park.

The new Arkansas Hot Springs quarter should be hitting pockets and purses soon.

Be sure to keep an eye out for it when at your bank or shopping.

The America the Beautiful quarter series should run through 2021 and will feature one national park or monument from each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and our five national territories.

My love for coins and numismatics began when I was 11 years old. I primarily collect and study U.S. coins produced during the 20th century. I'm a member of both the American Numismatic Association (ANA) and the Numismatic Literary Guild (NLG). I've also been studying meteorology and watching weather patterns for years. I enjoy sharing little-known facts and fun stuff about coins, weather, travel, health, food, and living green.
